With stamps from the Bayerische Flugzeugwerke and with in the back a ery special citation for in the Arbeitsbuch, to indicate he was a Flugzeug-Spezialarbeiter. Very rare and only the very first such document i’ve ever encountered in an Arbeitsbuch.
