The condition is damaged. The frontcover has on the right side damage from critters. It is however due to the first page being white not very visible.
A very hard to find SS brochure and even more rarer is that it comes complete with all seperate attachment/maps in the back on the brochure.
Rare! Priced according to condition. Had it been mint it would have been double the price. That is, IF you can find another copy.
