This is the second brochure the NSB ever published. It dates to januari 1932, when the NSB only existed for two months and had only a few hundred members!
It is an explanation to the first published brochure containing the programm. After this second publication they would continue to be published as one. This is the only seperate publication publication containing only the explanaition.
Ultrarare to find, only the second i’ve ever had. Im only aware of a handfull of these existing.
