While the condition is very used, it is an EXTREMELY rare SS publicaion that is unknown to many collectors (or researchers). I deem to have priced it accordinly to condition, it would take a long wait untill another one ever surfaces.
Im not aware of another anywhere online, even google imagesearch doesnt know it!
