Bronze plaque in case: “Für Hervorragende Sportliche Leistungen Gewidmet Westdeutscher Beobachter” (Dedicated for outstanding Sporting Achievements, by the Westdeutscher Beobachter).
Large size of approximately 20,5 x 13,5 centimeters. In brown case. On the back of the plaque is the nam of it’s designer: Carl Plassmann from Köln (Colonia). This is a very heavy plaque (almost a kilo).
The plaque shows on the front a german eagle holding a swastika in it’s claws, and which is surrounded by several sports activities. On the back is the building of the Westdeutscher Beobachter.
In good condition and very hard to find. Only the first i’ve ever seen with this design.
