Description
This is an amazing Bund Deutscher Mädel (BDM) / Jungmädel Wimpel on original flagpole.
The pole is 198 centimeters long (!). Please mind we can not ship it due to it’s lenght.
The large pennant itself is from BDM district Mühlbach a/GL. Rheinpfalz. On the back is a large Wolfhook. It is in good condition, but has some dirt and agespots, it is of course original. The three small ropes to affix it to the pole have been replaced by new ones. Pole and flag do belong together and were found like this.
Halfway the pole is a part of twisted rope to create a handhold, the tip is of metal.
Only the first of these pennans we have ever found complete with it’s pole. Very very rare!!!!
