Cased Nationalsozialistisches Fliegerkorps (NSFK) Deutschlandflug 1938.
Complete with the small citation that shows it was awared to Dem Kommandeur d. Gebirgsregiments 99 Füssen.

Either one of the two above persons was awared this medal!!!! While Lexicon der WEhrmacht shows Kress to be only instituted in 1939, it is known that Dietl was just before the Sudetenland annexation promoted to general. It is unclear at what time either one of the above two persons was the Kommander of the Gebirgsregiments 99 Füssen. The award must have been to one of them though.
