Issued on the 24 Februar 1945, thus very late war! During the war there were very strict laws that allowed almost no one a weapon, unless you were i favor of the german occupational forces. recieving such a permit at the last stages of war is very very rare.
In good condition. Only the first ive ever seen. RARE!
