This badge was intended for DNSAP member outside of Germany.
VERY very RARE to find, with only a handfull known. What makes it even more special is that this badge is among collectors known as the the only existing in a “buttonhole” variation with buttonhole attachment on the back.
I added here for viewing a digital image of a period page from the Yul i Norden magazine that shows the badge and it’s correct name.
