Description
This is an original Deutsches Kreuz in Gold (DKIG) by maker “20” (Carl Friedrich Zimmermann from Pforzheim).
Typical textbook light Zimmermann. The pin on the underside marked with “20”.
In very good only very light worn condition. The black enamel very good, the gold wreath in good condition too. Nice patination. On the lower tip under the hook is dent where it as once hit, i tried to capture this in the photo’s.
Very hard to find like this!!! I see crosses with heavy enamel damage and scratches recently go up to over 2k, this one is so much better and is in this condition definately not easy to find anymore! A top cross!
