Description
Deutsches Kreuz in Gold (DKIG) cloth version.
This is the type that is among collectors known as a “Type 3”, associated with the company of C. A. Westmann from Dresden. O the back are the remains of the typical Westmann still visible.
The flaw at the top of the “9” in the date is clearly visible and the wreath is the same used by C. E. Juncker for it’s German Cross.
A fine original medal in good condition.
It comes with an original COA by Dietrich Maerz.
