This is a Deutsches Reich Kennkarte.
It is a late war 1945 paper variation. Mot kennartes are of the wellknown oilcloth type. Much lesser known are the late war paper variations in the shape and form of a pass.
This one is From Bochum, complete with passphoto.
Harder to find than the usual ones.
