Description
Dutch Army before 1940 ceremonial “Kepie” with “pluim” (Plume made of goose feathers).
The rank is that of a 1st Lieutenant, as can be seen by the double gold cord and cockade.
The plume is made of white goosfeathers and is still complete with its metallic attachment.
In good condition.
