Description
This is an oddity: a dutch flag, which came with a written note, explaining it is a former NSB collaboration flag, which was taken in 1944 in the Hague. After the war the colors were changed (NSB was orange-white-light blue) into a regular dutch flag, by adding a dark blue stripe.
According to the letter the flag was postwar taken to the island of Curacao where it was used untill 1958.
The flag is faily large (over 2 meters long) and in good condition,
As a seller, in all hosety i can not proof this. The item simply is as it is, the letter comes with it. It makes for an interesting piece of history.
