In excellent condition.
These commemorative citations/papers are very hard to come by. In over 25 years i’ve had only 4 of them. Interestingly enough i have had another one in my own collection for over 15 years, which settles in an exact similar frame, this makes me think these golden frames might have been official done/issued in a certain area.
Very nice for display.
