Description
This is an ultrarare Ehrenplakette der Gauleiting Westfalen-Süd 1936.
Only a few of these honorary plaques are known in the collectorsworld. The plaque comes in a burgundy colored case, of which the bottom has similar to a photoframe, a standard on the back for displaying it upright.
The plaque is made of aluminium abd has the same design as the common known tinnies of the same design.
The plaqye in very good condition, the lid shows some typical age damages, but it’s complete.
Extremely hard to find original plaque in it’s original case. Only a few of these are known.
Provenance: From my own collection. I’ve bought this plaque some 15 years ago and sold the plaque a few years ago, recently traded it back with the former customer who wanted a high end item. Very rare!
