(France) Marshal Pétain framed photo + dedication.
This is a metallic frame with period photo of French Marshal Pétain behind glass.
The size of the frame is approximately 38 x 28 centimeters.
Inside the period metallic frame is a portrait of Petain, with handwritten dedication which reads: “A Monsieur Milliat prefet de la Nievre En toute confiance et sympathie 9 octobre 1942 Philippe Petain” [To Monsieur Milliat, Prefect of the Nievre, with full confidence and sympathy, 9 October 1942, Philippe Petain].
