Description
This is an impressive and striking Deutsches Rotes Kreuz (DRK) painting of a DRK-Mann.
The painting was painted by painter Willy Gillig from Mainz, as is evidenced by a label on the back.
The painting is still in it’s original wartime black frame and measures complete with frame approximately 50 x 41 centimeters. The size is ideal for displaying purposes. The black frame accentuates the painting very well.
Wartime Wehrmacht soldier paintings can be found with a little luck, but this is only the first original DRK painting we can ever offer!
