Description
This is an Italian fascist Partito Nazionale Fascista (PNF/National Fascist party) executive leader saharina tunic in the rank of “Member of a non-local Organization Directorate”.
The tunic has the classic “bat wings” on the upper back, and is complete with it’s matching black “cintura” (cloth belt) which was specifically for the sahariana tunic and is made in the same cloth. This is often missing as it was a seperate part of the uniform.
Very nice breast rank insigna and shoulderboads with “fasces” insignia. Under the breast rank insignia are six seperate attached italian single medal ribbons.
Overal the tunic is in good condition, with only minor wear and tear. One small repair on the lower part that is hardly visible. I’d rate the tunic in more than good condition. One button is replaced. It would be hard to find a better one. that is, IF you can find one.
The tunic comes and is sold together with a black felt “fez” headgear. This is marked on the inside “extra fine” and is in minty condition and complete with it’s frails.
Very rare to find, expecially in this nice condition!
