This is a complete and original cardboard presentationplate for the Kriegswinterhilfswerk des Deutschen Volkes Gau Niederdonau, for the wellknown series of plastic flag badges.
There are eleven flag badges originally attached to the cardboard plate. These plates were used to show potential buyers the series of badges, in hopes they would buy them all and complete the series.
The size of the cardboard shaped Iron Cross is from top to bottom 28,5 centimeters.
It’s fragile but undamaged with oly minimal signs of age. When professional framed this would be an amazing display pice.
Extremely rare, only the first time i’ve ever found one.
