This is a thick Cardboard poster/sign, with prominently pictured a “50 Jahre Treue Dienste” medal (50 years loyal service).
The size is approximately 68 x 47 centimeters.
Pictured is a typical old worker, with the above mentioned medal. The text on the underside explains (in German) that he worked his way up, through good and bad times, and was always loyal to the company he worked for.
