This SS medal and the accompanying booklet are somewhat of mythological items among collectors since 1945! No one has ever seen an original medal and the booklet is with literally three known pieces among the rarest of all wartime SS paper items! So yes, it does exist and we offer one for sale here now!

A very short summary for casual readers: The Dutch/Germanic SS wanted to institute an own sportsmedal, competitions for it were setup, but Himmler personally forbid the award because of the institution of the SS Leitungsrune. He ordered everything related to the typical Dutch SS sportsmedal to be destroyed. The here offered booklet is one of the surviving original Dutch SS booklets for the SS sportsmedal!!!!
It is in totally MINT condition!!!!
Inside are the pages with the rules and competition aspects that were needed to earn the medal. The competitions were started but had to end on order of the Reichsfuhrer SS personally.
In the back is a citationlike page.
The booklet is (obviously!) unused.
