This is a great intersting newspaper from 1940.
Baron de Wijkerslooth was mayor of the city of Hilversum. After the dutch capitulation he declared himself leader of the dutch population!!!!!!! Besides himself no – one took him serious and after the war he was declared insane for this action. This is the only newspaper that he published during his “one week” of being into a power he only believed himself that he had. And interesting and somewhat comedical piece of dutch history.
