These small illegal leaflets/newspapers were thrown out of planes by the Royal Airforce over the Netherlands, to bring the dutch population the latest warnews. these ended up in the mud, in ditches, everywhere, and were then secretly hidden and passed on among the dutch. These are always damaged and mostly heavy used.
