This is a 1 january 1942 Russian Frontnewspaper from the Red Army.
If i understand well the C HOBbIM sentence translates as: “Happy New Year Comrades”.
3 HAMR TOBEGBI translates as: “THE FLAG OF VICTORY”, from thursday 1 january 1942.

This was the daily newspaper of the Red Army.
Viaually very strong with a drawin on the front showing caricatures of Hitler and Goebbels falling backwars with the calenderdate of 31 december 1941 in their hands, suddenly scared by the heavily armed heroes of the Russian red Army coming in with the New Year.
The newspaper is overall in good condition.
Extremely hard to find and only the first i’ve ever found.
This would make a great backdrop when framed, ideal for any collectingroom or museum.
