Description
Nürnberg desk eagle on marble base.
The base is modern collectors made.
The size from top to botton including marble base is approximately 21 centimeters, teh eagle alone is approximately 11 centimeters.
On the back the eagle is maker marked “RZM M3/100”, which stands for maker Metallwarenfabrik Emmerich & Schöning from Berlin. I found a picture of a period catalog online via google and added it here for reference.
This is a great display piece in good condition. Very very hard to find in this size.
