Description
This is an extremely rare original pamphlet by the NSDAP. Printed and spread in low numbers AFTER THE NSDAP WAS FOBIDDEN after the failed Putch on 9 November 1923. This pamphlet was printed on 27 November 1923!
Background: Two days after the putsch, Hitler was arrested and charged with high treason in the special People’s Court. Some of his fellow conspirators, including Rudolf Hess, were also arrested, while others, including Hermann Göring and Ernst Hanfstaengl, escaped to Austria. The Nazi Party’s headquarters was raided, and its newspaper, the Völkischer Beobachter (The People’s Observer), was banned.
Despite being banned and forbidden and many members having fled Germany or being imprissoned, the NSDAP managed to go underground and print and spread this pamphlet.
The pamphlet mentions how there is worry for the life of Hitler (who was as can be read above here imprisonned), and how among the people around Gustav Ritter von Kahr (who was appointed Staatskomissar (“state commissioner”), with dictatorial powers to govern the state of Bavaria, were speaks of disrespect against Hitler and Ludendorff and the german population at large.
Extremely rare original “Kampfzeit” pamphlet, im not aware of another in existence.
The condition is typical old, with some small damaged. This would make a great framed display when properly framed, for any museum or collection.
