The size is approximately 24 x 18 centimeters.
Large Hitler photo’s are hard to find. Bauer photo’s even rarer. It should be noted that Bauer was the privat photographer of Heinrich Himmlern but also portraid other high ranking Third Reich officials, like here the Führer himself.
The here offered large photo came with a small collection of other Bauer photo’s of high ranked german officials. Some photo’s were framed like this one, some were loose without frame. All are 100% wartime original Friedrich Franz Bauer photo’s. Im not sure of the age of the frame, the photo itself is 100% from before 1945. I did not open this frame but give a lifelong guarantee this photo is original period and also stamped on the back with the wellknown Bauer name stamp.
