The 16. Kompanie of the Infanterie-Regiment Konstanz (later known as the 14. (Badisches) Infanterie-Regiment in the early Weimar Republic and Wehrmacht) was a recruit and training company (Ergänzungs-/Ausbildungs-Kompanie).
