On the back is mentioned Emil Ludwig (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emil_Ludwig), who was a very popular author of biographies. Appearantly the photo was intended for him, to be used for his book “Three dictators, Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin”.
A very hard to find original pressphoto with interesting extra history connected to it.
