This is a Prussian Eagle pin with “FRW” on it’s chest, stickpin setup.
The condition is excelent!!!
These are by collectors thought to be (or are at least compared to) Schwedter Adlers, which were intended for wearing on Third Reichs visors, but im not so sure of that and think these might have been intended for Prussian visors or perhaps even other items. Fact is they are very alike to the Schwedter eagles. To the best of my knowledge these have been discussed exactly one time on both the WAF and GMIC forums during the past decade.
We found four of them from one old source with only imperial items and think they have always been together. Do you know what they are? We would like to know, so please contact us if you have any information. For now we sell them for an absolute bargainprice!
