The memberpass is from Landesgruppe Rheinland, Ortsgruppe Remscheid and is from 1940. It also contains a number of contributionstamps. It is in good condition.
The brochure is called “Luftschutz Selbstbehauptungswille – Aufgabe und Erfahrungen über die Ausbildung im zivilen Luftschutz”. besides a tear on the underside of the spine in good condition too.
