Description
This is a great Reichsluftschutzbund (RLB) M40 Beaded Luftschutz Helmet.
The overall condition of the helmet is very good. All of its original colour is present. The decal on front is for 99% intact. The helmet comes with its original late war produced liner including the brown chin strap. The liner cord is original of course and the liner cord holes are in very good condition too, as is the whole liner. The shell has the serial number in the neck DN263 and Q66 on the left side which means it was produced by F.W. Quist, G.m.b.H. Esslingen, size 58 and nice stamped as such on the liner.
If you want one of these beaded RLB helmets then this the one to get. You could search very long before finding a better one in such complete condition!
