This is a german wallplaque from 1939.
The size is approximately 25 x 16 centimeters.
“Dem Kreismeister 1939 mit Kleinkaliber“.
The design, which we would in current days call “3D”, with particularly the flag and hat being so to say “3d” objects, is very rare. It is easy to understand that over history any of these were easily damaged. This one isn’t and is as such very rare. It is only the first time in over 25 years collecting i have encountered such a plaque. The “3D” design shows also why not many must have been made.
