SS Allach plate – Julfest 1943.
Surrounding the edge is written: “Wir werden uns solange herumschlagen bis unsere verfluchten Feinde sich zum Frieden Bequemen”., Worte Friedrichs des Grossen aus einem briefe an d’Argens im jahre 1758.
Approximately 25 cm in diameter. At the back on the lower sie is productionnumber “3”.
The condition is very good. On the front left side are two minuscule uneven points from glazing the plate, this is something that almost all of these plates have.
My old camera has a though time getting the plate good on a photo, due to the reflecting glazed surface. In hand it’s a beautiful plate.
