This is a rare SS publication, in the same size and setup as the SS-Leitheften. SS Fröhliche Gabe für die SS-Kameraden an allen Fronten (a Cheerful Gift for SS Comrades on all Fronts) was intended for the SS troops at the front, to enlighten their harsh fighting times with short stories, funny illustrations, poems, cartoons – all intended to cheer up Waffen-SS men fighting at the front.
Printed by Buchgewerbehaus M. Müller & Sohn in Berlin, 42 pages softcover book published by Der Reichführer-SS – SS Hauptamt in Berlin.
This green coloured brochure is the only publication published in this colour. It was at the time published on very bad wartime paper quality and most on the market are in bad condition with loose covers etcetera. The one we offer here is in very good conditon. All in all it is a very decent piece and very rare to find too!
