The diameter is approximately 27 centimeters.
White glazed porcelain, in excellent condition, no damage to the porcelain, VERY minor green paint loss at the edge. It would be very hard to upgrade.
These plates are getting really hard to find in this good condition! Of all years the 1941 plate is the hardest to find.
