Published by the SS Publishing House Nibelungen Verlag GMBH in Berlin in 1941.
The condition is used. These were despite their luxuous looking appearance printed on easy to damage paper and they ALWAYS have more or less damage. I’d rate this one easily “good” compaed to others i’ve seen.
I’ve encountered in over 25 years only a handfull of the part 1 publications. They are definately hard to find.
