On name of Fritz Lobitz from Lötzen in Ostpreussen (nowadays in Poland).
Interesting passphoto of Lobitz in policeuniform with ribbonbar that clearly shows a miniature device for a SS Polizei Dienstauszeichnung.

The SS runes on the front of the cover have been removed, as are the swas inside. Priced accordingly.
