Description
This is a great condition Stahlhelmbund “Feldgrau” tunic. Typical early (1920’s) design.
Only very minimal moth nips, NO HOLES,
With award-loops above the left chestpocket for a medalbar or large ribbonbar. Under the pocket are clearly visible the remains of holes through which an award was worn (probably woundbadge or iron cross as can be seen by the two holes.
Two buttons are missing, but these are very easily replaced of course. On the lower part of the arm can be see the remains or where insignia was attached, as well as a red armband (small red and black remains of cloth visible).
Overall a very great tunic, that is not easily found anymore these days.
