This is a Schwerkriegsbeschädigtenausweis issued to a heavily wounded Waffen SS member.
Complete with passphoto in uniform.
The pass is stemped ith “Der Chef des Rasse- und Siedlungshauptamtes SS Amt Fürsorge. And also with the stamp of a SS-Stanartenfuhrer (under the signature). The passphoto is twice stamped as well.
On name of Alfred Teichmann, born on 17 mai 1920 in Raatsch.
Besides two small perforationholes in really good condition.
While these passes are not that rare to find, it is very rare to find one from an SS man!
