Description
Wehrmacht (Heer) Waffenrock / parade tunic Infanterie Regiment 13 with Krimshield and Schützenschnur.
This is a World War 2 German Wehrmacht (Heer) Waffenrock / parade tunic for Infanterie Regiment 13.
It is in excellent and condition and i would rate it as good as MINT! Easily the best one i’ve ever had. Please see the many detailpictures for the condition. There are no mothholes.
The size is ideal for a mid size mannequin, typical for the war period when many tunics were smaller than today.
There is on the left sleeve a Krimshield attached, i believe it to be unknown maker 4, variation 1, as can alo be seen in Sascha Webers Krimshield book on page 80-81.
On the right side is a Schutzenschur present, with one seperate acorn. Also on the sleeve is a patch present for a Heer “Hufschmied”. Both are in excellent condition.
The rank of the shoulderboards is that of “Feldwebel”, the shulderboards are excellent as well. On either side they have a “13” numbered button, indicatin the oner was a part of IR13.
Overall this is simply a great Waffenrock. The Krimshield makes it extra special, as these are hardly ever found on Waffenrocks. If you only ever wanted one, then this is the one to get. It would be as good as impossible to upgrde the quality!
