World War I miniature Wagon du Marechal Foch Armistice train model (1918)
This is a miniature train model of the train in which French Marchall Foch made the German’s surrender and sigh the peace treaty.
The size is approximately 10 centimers long. Cast metal.
After the war these miniature train models could be bought as souvenirs to commemorate the end of the war and victory over Germany.
Defnately not so easy to find anymore as they used to be as most are sitting tight in WWI collections nowadays.
