Description
This is a WWI German veteran medal group in case.
It is named to Ludwig Wilhelm Sandleben, born on 12 july 1890 in Salzgitter in the Harz. He was a Leutnant and Kompagnieführer in teh Königlich-preussischen Infanterie Regiment 365 (Ersatz Bataillon Füs Regiment 80 Wiesbaden),
The large case contains a small photocard dated 1914/1915 and the following medals:
- Iron Cross first class, inv ery nice condition (but with painted core)
- Two Black Woundbadges
- A very rare miniature medal stickpin with minaiture IRon cross first and second class, Frontkämpfer Ehrenkreuz, woundbadge and gold Third Reich polizei cross for 25 years service
- A regular size Frontkämpfer Ehrenkreuz
- A miniature medalbar (extremely rare) with on the backside the hooks for hanging in the miniature medals.
