Description
This is a WWII German Wochenspruch (propaganda miniposter) with a saying of Adolf Hitler, it dates to 23 till 29 november 1941.
These “Wochensprucher” were official by the NSDAP published little propagandaposters, that could because of their small sizes easily be hung up in houses (e.g. in the kitchen), but also in public buildings, et cetera.
The here offered Wochenspruch is because of it’s stylish desgin and Hitler saying one of the more desirable ones.
The texst in the centre comes from a speech Hitler gave and reads: “Wir haben aus der Geschichte gelernt, das auf die Dauer das Leben nut=r den Völkern gegeben wird, die gewillt sind, Ihre Leben, Ihre Ehre, vor der Welt zu vertreten – Adolf Hitler”.
The dimensions of the Wochenspruch are approximately 35 x 24 centimeters. Ideal to frame and display in e.g. a glasscabinet.
In very good condition and very rare to find!
