Description
This is a WWII German Wochenspruch (propaganda miniposter) with a saying of Körner, it dates to 8-13=4 november 1942.
These “Wochensprucher” were official by the NSDAP published little propagandaposters, that could because of their small sizes easily be hung up in houses (e.g. in the kitchen), but also in public buildings, et cetera.
The text in the centre comes from a saying of Körner:
“Das Vaterland darf jedes Opfer Fordern – Theodor Körner”. On the centre is a liferune design with flames visible.
The dimensions of the Wochenspruch are approximately 35 x 24 centimeters. Ideal to list and display in e.g. a glasscabinet next to a collection.
In good condition, only a few age spots, and very rare to find!
Will be sent rolled up in a small cardboard container which will in turn be placed in a box to keep the Wochenspruch undamaged.
