Description
This is a WWII German Wochenspruch (propaganda miniposter) with image of a swastika above a saying of Jose
f Goebbels 0ver a “New Years resolution”. It dates to 29.12.1941 – 4.1.1942.
These “Wochensprucher” were official by the NSDAP published little propagandaposters, that could because of their small sizes easily be hung up in houses (e.g. in the kitchen), but also in public buildings, et cetera.
The here offered Wochenspruch is a very rare one.
The tekst in the centre reads:
“Das neue Jahr soll unser Volk inder Zähigkeit und ausduer und Ihm vor allem die Kraft geben, zu Kämpfen f:ur den Sieg und für den Frieden, den Deutschland allen bringt die guten Willens sind – Dr. Goebbels”.
The dimensions of the Wochenspruch are approximately 35 x 24 centimeters.
In very good condition. It’s a very rare Wochenspruch to find!
