Description
This is a WWII German Wochenspruch (propaganda miniposter) with image of an Infanterie Sturmabzeichen, it dates to november 1942.
These “Wochensprucher” were official by the NSDAP published little propagandaposters, that could because of their small sizes easily be hung up in houses (e.g. in the kitchen), but also in public buildings, et cetera.
The here offered “Infanterie” Wochenspruch is one of the rarest of them all and because of it’s image one of the more desirable ones if not the most desirable, at least by Infanterie Sturmabzeichen collectors!
The texst in the centre comes from a speech Hitler gave exactly one year earlier on 11 December 1941 (Rede vor dem Grossdeutschem Reichstag) on occasion of the “Krieg gegen die USA und Kriegsbericht 1941”. The full texst can be found via Google here:

“Von all unseren deutschen Soldaten trägt so wie einst auch heute die schwerste Last des Kampfes unsere einzig dastehende Infanterie”.
The dimensions of the Wochenspruch are approximately 35 x 24 centimeters. Ideal to list and display in e.g. a glasscabinet next to a collection of ISA/IAB badges.
In ok condition there are some damages on the edges. These would be invisible though when framed.
Very rare to find!
