On the front is a sayng by Adolf Hitler: Ehret die Arbeit und Achtet den Arbeiter (respect the labour and honor the worker).
On the reverse is a label by the Hauptverteilungsstelle der Plastiken in Berlin.
These aluminium plaques re heavily faked, but this is a very nice original!
