Description
This is a nice and colorfull German World War Two Army Truppenarzt (Troops doctor) wood-cut wall decoration plate.
Wood cutting was a welcome hobby for soldiers who had a break. Particularly in RAD camps or even on Wehrmacht army grounds, plates like this were cut to indicate where certain buildings or persons were situated. In this case the troops doctor (Trupperarzt).
In good condition for it age, a very little loss of paint, but overall good condition.
The dimensions of the plate are 40 x 28 centimeter.
This would make a great displayspiece in a collection or glasscabinet, very hard to find!!!
